The Zombie -- Bettie Page Uncensored

In the picnic scene the cast of BETTIE PAGE UNCENSORED downs the 1950'sass kicking cocktail known as a ZOMBIE.

ZOMBIE (Makes 1)

3/4 OZ 90- PROOF RUM

1 TSP. SUPERFINE SUGAR

1 1/2 OZ. 86 - PROOF GOLDEN RUM

3 OR 4 ICE CUBES

3/4 OZ. 86 - PROOF LIGHT RUM

PINEAPPLE SPEAR

3/4 OZ. PINEAPPLE JUICE

MARASCHINO CHERRY

3/4 OZ. PAPAYA JUICE

1 TSP. 151 - PROOF RUM

3 TBS.. LIME JUICE

SUPERFINE SUGAR

Combine all ingredients except the pineapple stick, cherry, 151 - proof rum (see above ingredients in red) into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a high ball glass or Tiki glass. Garnish with pineapple stick and cherry. Carefully float the remaining rum on top, and lightly sprinkle with a little sugar.
